What do you need to prepare a quotation?
Send the product, specification, quantity, destination and delivery window. If a grade or delivery basis is not yet defined, describe your application so we can discuss the options.
How are price and delivery terms determined?
The offer depends on grade, origin, volume, packing, route and timing. We confirm availability, the named delivery point, payment terms and offer validity for the specific request.
Does sending an inquiry commit me to a purchase?
No. An inquiry starts a commercial discussion. Product requirements, quality documents, responsibilities and payment conditions are agreed before the transaction is contracted.
